Yes, all of our available hours are open to both in person and virtual sessions. In some circumstances we may recommend in person over virtual. If you are debating between the two feel free to set up a consultation call with us.

The cost for an invididual counseling session is $125, and marriage or family sessions cost $140.

We do not accept insurance, but we are able to provide superbills as an out-of-network provider.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We make it easy to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your session time through our client portal. Within 24 hours, we will not be able to reschedule or cancel the session.

Absolutely! Therapy can be intimidating, and so much of therapy comes from finding the right therapist. We provide two main ways to help you know whether therapy with us is the right move for you.

1) Free Phone Consultation — We would love the opportunity to speak with you on the phone before scheduling a session! Fill out the Contact Form at the bottom of the page, and we will reach out to you to schedule a free 15-minute phone call consultation.

2) Intake Session — Intake sessions are designed to help you and your counselor explore whether or not you will be a good fit for one another. You can schedule a session through registering on our client portal linked at the top of this page.

At this time, we currently see adolescents 12 years and older. We hope to offer Play Therapy for younger children in the near future.
